At Kool Coats™, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your information. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your options.
1. order processing
All orders are processed immediately upon payment. We begin fulfillment as soon as payment is
received to ensure timely handling and shipping.
2. shipping and delivery
Products ship within 2-4 business days from payment. Unless otherwise specified, all deliveries are
assumed to be to a commercial dock. If your location requires special handling or delivery
accommodations, please notify us prior to ordering.
3. product scope
Orders are for supplied products only unless otherwise specified in writing. Any additional services
or materials must be agreed upon in advance and in writing.
4. returns and refunds
Returns and refunds do not apply to shipped products. Most of our orders are custom and made
specifically for each customer. As such, all sales are final.
5. order cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed
for shipment. After this window, cancellations are no longer possible due to our fast turnaround.
