CERTIFIED CONTRACTOR PROGRAM

Submit eligible projects for KoolCoats labor-and-material warranty consideration. Each roof requires its own review, approval, and written issuance.

Build system knowledge through required training, practical evaluation, approved specifications, and project-specific field guidance.

Use the approved Certified Contractor designation and available Kool Coats sales, technical, and owner-facing warranty materials.

Access project review, specification guidance, inspection coordination, and closeout support for qualifying warranty projects.

Tell us about your company, service area, roof-coating experience, branch locations, and Kool Coats systems of interest.

Provide requested experience, references, project history, licenses, insurance, and business or credit information.

Complete required training and practical evaluation. When appropriate, a Kool Coats technical expert can join your crew on a qualification project to review roof conditions, preparation, detailing, application requirements, and documentation. Training attendance alone does not establish certification; approval follows completion of the full company and technical review.

Sign the Certified Contractor Agreement and receive written approval for the applicable systems, locations, and personnel.

Certification is reviewed annually. Continued status requires satisfactory technical, financial, repair, and commercial performance, including at least 5,000 gallons of Kool Coats coatings per Program Year.
