313 EPDM Bleed-Block Primer is a plasticizer free, single component, water-based, acrylic primer designed to prime properly cleaned EPDM surfaces. EPDM Bleed-Block is formulated to provide excellent adhesion for silicone over EPDM surfaces, while also blocking the discoloration caused by chemicals bleeding out of the EPDM membrane.
