It starts with our elastomeric rubber base to absorb roof movement and prevent cracking. That's critical for aging EPDM and PVC membranes. On top, our urethane topcoat delivers an armor layer with 1100 psi tensile strength and Class 4 hail resistance. This system is chemical resistant, UV-stable, and built to take a beating. Available in 10-, 15-, and 20-year builds, it ranges from 45 to 95 mils in total DFT and is fully recoat-flexible for long-term asset protection. It’s the toughest stack we offer for single-ply restoration.
